Orange, pomegranate and lemon blend ideally with white rum in this finest summer mixture.
ELMENTS
30 ml golden rum
30ml orange sap
Scurry of white Curacao
Scurry of grenadine
Ice
Bitter lemon, cooled , to top up
Slash of orange and twist of unpeel, to decorate
PROCESS
Mix the rum, orange sap, white Curacao and grenadine over the ice, strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with bitter lemon. Add the orange slash and unpeel and dish up.
